Across the Globe: Career Trainings and Consultations
As an NCDA Master Trainer, Dr. Pritchard provides customized NCDA trainings, including Facilitating Career Development, which leads to several NCDA credentials and another non NCDA credential. Dr. Pritchard served for 12 years on her local WIB, as well as designing and delivering training and consulting extensively with workforce units across the country. Dr. Pritchard has worked for the Department of Justice in delivering training to law enforcement individuals. Previously, she was a college teacher for undergraduate and graduate career courses. She has contracted with numerous groups to deliver training to workforce staff. In addition, she managed a University’s career center as well as academic advising services, receiving national recognition for programs under both career and academic advising services.
Dr. Pritchard’s doctoral dissertation was ground breaking research and explored hiring practices of small businesses. It was recognized as such by the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Her doctoral studies included a cognate in career management. Dr. Pritchard has delivered career training internationally, including Taiwan, Peru, Colombia, Vietnam, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore, Micro Asia, Malaysia, China, Russia, Uganda, and Japan and nearly every state in the US.
